摘  要:文章详细分析科技查新员焦虑症、强迫症、忧郁和社交障碍等心理压力倾向的成因,从绩效考评、岗位"弹性管理"、职称评定、继续教育、成果展示与技能交换、情感沟通与EAP(Employee Assistance Program)等角度,有针对性地提出激励策略。The article makes a detailed analysis of the anxiety disorder, obsessive- compulsive depression and sociable barriers of the sci-tech novelty consultants from the performance evaluation, post management ", the title communication and EAP ( psychological endurance of assessment, continued education, achievements and skills exchange, disorder, "flexible emotional Employee Assistance Program ) , etc.. It is of the vital significance on enhancing and the immune to pressure, on improving the quality of science and technology novelty search, on promoting the decision-making on science and technology, research resources, and on healthily realizing the sustainable development on optimizing the allocation of scientific of science and technology cause in China.
