摘　　要：诚信人才培养对于财经类高校具有重要意义。在人才培养体系中,加强诚信教育,有助于诚信人才的培养,并推动财经类高校的发展。在诚信度亟待提高的社会背景下,财经类高校加强诚信教育理念,从人才培养、师资引进再培训、课程设置、学生考核等方面强化诚信教育,从而培养出自觉践行诚信行为的高素质大学生,可以促进社会和学校共同发展。It is important that the integrity talent to the economy universities. In the system of training talent, to strengthen in- tegrity education, this can contribute to the training of integrity talent,and can promote the economy universities＇ development. In the context of being less of integrity, economy universities stress the idea of integrity, that can be strengthen from the talen＇s training, teachers＇ cultivate after introduction, curriculums, students＇ assess, etc. Then the universities could bring up the students who are aware of integrity,that could accelerate the development about the universities and the society.
