摘　　要：媒介融合改变了新闻生产和传播的方式,生产和传播方式的改变必然改变新闻工作者的职业理念和工作方式。新闻学专业学生的实习内容要适应媒介融合的现状。在当下,新闻学学生进行实习不仅要继续重视传统的实习内容,而且适时适量增加有关媒介融合的实习内容。学生要了解媒介融合的相关知识,要学习、掌握不同性质、不同类型媒体的采访、写作、编辑、评论、摄影、摄像等新闻业务技能。新闻学学生实习的内容主要包括显性实习内容和隐性实习内容。为了顺利实现新闻学专业人才培养目标,实习生所在学校应当对实习内容进行规范。Media convergence has changed the way of news production listg professional concept and way of working. In the present ,journalism students to practice not only to continue to attach importance to the traditional practice content, and appropriately increase the relevant media convergence practice content. The students should understand the relevant knowledge of media convergence, to learn and master interview, writing, editing, Comment, photography, camera and other news business skills of the different media . The practice of journalism majors mainly includes the dominant content and the potential content. In order to successfully realize the training goal of journalism professional,the content of practice should be standardized.
