摘　　要：目的:报道1例因腹部肿物入院诊断为腹膜后巨大脂肪肉瘤患者的临床资料,通过查阅相关文献,探讨其影像学和临床病理学特征及其治疗现状。方法:分析该病例的临床病理资料及其诊治过程,并复习国内外相关文献。结果:此例患者腹膜后巨大脂肪肉瘤成功切除,经治疗后恢复良好出院,随访2年未发现复发征象。结论:腹膜后巨大脂肪肉瘤较少见,结合影像学检查及临床病理学特征可作出正确诊断,充分评估术前并选择合适的时机采取手术治疗可获得较好的疗效。Objective：A clinic statistic of the patient come to hospital due to abdominal mass and diagnose in huge retro-peritioneal liposarcoma to be report. Through consult some related literatures. To explore the characteristics of the iconography and clinical pathology. Treatment of the status quo also include. Methods：Analyse of this case＇s clinical pathological data and the diagnosis and treating process,and review related literature at home and abroad. Results：The huge retroperitoneal liposarco-ma has been excided successfully. The patient recovered and no symptom of relapse after followed up for two years. Conclusion： Huge retroperitoneal liposarcoma is rare,it can make a correspond diagnose combine with medical imaging examination and clinical pathological features. The treatment can be effective with estimate sufficiently before surgery and choose a appropriate time to operation.
