摘  要:阐述静脉输液过程中经常会出现微量空气的原因,综述微量空气进入静脉后对人体所产生的影响以及所应采取的防范措施,指出少量的微量空气进入人体对人体影响不大,但如果是连续不断地微量空气进入人体将造成严重伤害甚至死亡。因此在静脉输液的各个环节上都要尽可能地减少微量空气的产生,输液前做好预防沟通,输液中加强巡视,及时发现,及时排除、及时沟通。It introduced the reasons of micro air getting into vein during the venous transfusion,and reviewed the influence of it on human body and countermeasures.It pointed out that a small amount of air getting into the human body had little influence on the human body,but it would cause serious inj ury or even death if micro air getting into the body continuously.Therefore,we should reduce the generating of micro air as much as possible in the various links of the venous transfusion,do prevention communication well before the venous transfusion, strengthen inspection during the venous transfusion,and discovery,elinimate,communicate with patients timely.
