摘  要:目的:探讨大庆地区胃癌发病的危险因素,为胃癌的防治提供科学依据。方法:以大庆市油田总医院2009年1月-2014年8月病理诊断为胃癌的225例作为研究对象。按年龄、性别和居住地进行以人群为基础的1:t配对病例对照研究,利用SPSS13.0统计软件进行单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归分析。结果:据危险因素对胃癌发生的价值(Wald)从大到小依次为:慢性胃病史,肿瘤家族史,吸烟,吃饭速度快,经常吃腌渍食物,经常吃熏烤食物,三餐不准时,经常吃凉硬食物,性格抑郁。而经常吃新鲜蔬菜、水果是胃癌的保护因素。结论:健康的生活饮食方式和保持良好的心理对减少胃癌的发生具有积极作用。Purpose To explore the risk factor of stomach cancer in Daqing city. Methods Population based case-control study was conducted in Daqing. 225 new cases of stomach cancer from January 2009 to August 2014 were matched in 1 : 1 with normal population controls matches with age,sex and resident area Was carried out. Unlvariate and multivariate conditional logistic regression analyses were used to identify risk factors of stomach cancer. Results history of gastric ulcer disease, household history of malignancy,smoking, fast eating,pickledfood,high sootiness food consumption, irregularly taking meals, frequent eating cold or hard food, with constrained spirit were risk factors ofstomach cancer. In contrast, more fresh vegetables intake fruits could decrease the risk for stomach cancer. Conclusion Healthy lifestyle and dietary pattem,and healthy psychological status could reduce the risk of stomach cancer.
