摘 要:瑶山白裤瑶作为偏远贫困和民族文化心理场弱势少数民族的代表,其辍学问题是学校教育中存在问题的集中反映。文章基于对白裤瑶的田野考察,从学生的目标动机和成就动机低下、家长的"读书无用论"、学校的同质化教育三个方面分析了白裤瑶学生辍学现象在教育投入增加的情况下依然存在的原因,其根本原因是学校未能因材施教。为此,在学校方面,应当开发校本教材,使民族文化进校园从形式走向实质;增加适量的实用性或技能性课程,培养学生的社会适应能力;构建多元评价机制;等等,都是进一步降低白裤瑶族学生辍学率的有效措施。Baiyaoku ethnic minorities in Yaoehan, living in backward and remote area in China, represent the marginalized minorities in minor psychological field of ethnic culture. Dropout reflects the problems in school education there. This paper, based on the field observation of the Baikuyao ethnic minorities, analyzes the masons why dropout still exists there even though educational investment increases from the follow- ing three aspects:students' low target motivation and achievement motivation,parents' idea of the uselessness of study and the homogeneity ed- ucation in schools. Finally, the paper puts forward that the basic reason for dropout is the failure in individualized teaching. Therefore, schools need to compile more textbooks to promote the transition of ethnic culture from formality to reality. In addition, some courses related to skills should be added in order to help students enhance their abilities to adapt to society. Last, multivariate evaluation mechanism should be used to as an effective measure to effectively reduce the dropout rate of the students there.
