秋泻灵合剂质量标准的研究

摘　　要：建立了秋泻灵合剂中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。采用HPLC法,Kromasil C18色谱柱,甲醇-5%冰醋酸溶液（35∶65）为流动相,检测波长为284 nm,流速1.0 m L/min。结果表明：橙皮苷对照品在0.0625-4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9998）,平均加样回收率为97.5%,RSD=1.09%（n=6）。结论：所用方法简便、准确、重复性好,专属性强,分离效果好,可用于秋泻灵合剂的质量控制。A method for determination of hesperidin in qiuxieling mixture was established that was HPLC method.Using HPLC method,the samples were separated by Kromasil C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-5% glacial acetic acid（ 35∶65）. The detective wavelength was at 284 nm and the flow rate of 1. 0 m L / min. The linear calibration curves were obtained in the range of 0. 0625 - 4 μg（ r = 0. 9998）. The average recovery of hesperidin was97. 5%（ RSD = 1. 09%,n = 6） in the mixture. The method was simple,accurate,reproducible,strong specificity,good separation effect,and can be used for quality control of qiuxieling mixture.
