摘 要:为满足在工控机PCI Express X1、X4、X8、X16插槽中对各种具有CPCI/PXI Express X1总线接口功能卡进行测试与调试的需要,设计开发一种CPCI Express X1适配卡,以实现CPCI/PXI Express X1与PCI Express X1总线之间的信号转接功能。采用4层FR-4阻抗控制PCB板,对收发高速差分信号和时钟差分信号的单端阻抗和差分阻抗进行精确控制。利用HyperLynx进行信号完整性分析和在线测试实验。仿真结果表明,该适配卡转接信号正确、有效,信号损耗符合协议规范要求。To meet the need to test and debug a variety of CPCI/PXI Express X1 bus interface function cards in the PCI Express X1, X4, X8, X16 slot, a CPCI Express X1 adapter card was designed and implemented to achieve signal transferring between CPCI/PXI Express X1 bus and PCI Express X1 bus. A four-layer FR-4 controlled impedance PCB board was used to accurately control the single-ended impedance and the differential impedance that sent and received the high-speed differential signal and the clock differential signal. The signal integrity analysis and online testing experiments were carried out with the HyperLynx. Re- sults of simulation show that the adapter switching signal is correct and effective and the signal loss complies with the protocol specification while using the proposed method.
