摘  要:校企合作教育对于促进人才培养与社会人才需求对接、提升应用型本科人才培养质量具有重要意义。文章从认识层面、管理层面、操作层面分析了目前应用型本科校企合作教育的误区,提出了强化校企合作教育的措施,包括:提高认识水平和重视程度,强化顶层设计;完善管理体系建设;严格把关培养方案,注重课程体系与内容的建设;强化专兼职教师队伍的建设;加强过程管理;建立健全质量监控体系。University -enterprise cooperation education has important significance for docking between talent training and the social demand, and improving the quality of applied undergraduate talents. From the cognition level, management level, cooperation education of applied und, operation level, the paper analyzes the mistakes of university - enterprise ergraduate education. Some measures are proposed to strengthen university -enterprise cooperation education, including improving the level of understanding and emphasis and strengthening the top - level design; perfecting management system; strictly controlling training scheme; paying more attention to the construction of the course system and content; strengthening the construction of part -time and full -time teaching staff; facilitating the process management; and establishing and perfecting the quality control system.
