摘　　要：介绍调控一体化AVC系统的特点及主要技术要点,并通过内点法全网无功优化算法和动态分区二级电压控制算法共同实现对地调级电网电压无功优化控制。The characteristics and main technical points of AVC regulatory integration are introduced. Through interior point method, the whole network reactive power optimization, tow level voltage contro! method and the reactive power optimization of regional power grid are implemented.
