摘 要:试验以铺地木蓝(Indigofera spicata Forsk.)为研究对象,研究了在自来水和珠江水不同淹水深度和淹水时间处理下,铺地木蓝的存活率、叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b、根系活力以及根冠比等指标的变化情况。结果表明:(1)经过21 d淹水胁迫,铺地木蓝植株的存活率为100%,虽然其叶绿素含量和叶绿素a/b比值显著下降,但均能够长时间保持在一个比较稳定的水平;(2)随着淹水时间的延长,铺地木蓝的根系出现腐烂现象,根系活力显著下降;(3)淹水后铺地木蓝的根系和茎叶生物量大幅下降,根冠比增加;(4)珠江水全淹处理下植株的叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b比值和根系活力均较自来水全淹处理低而根冠比则较高,但并不影响其存活率。In this study, a flooding experiment was conducted to investigate the variations of survival rate, chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a/b ratio, root vitality, and the ratio of root/shoot biomass, so as to explore the responses of I. spicata to the flooding stresses by ordinary tap water and Pearl River water. The results showed that:(1) I. spicata had a survival rate of 100% after 21 d flooding. Although chlorophyll contents and chlorophyll a/b ratios significantly decreased under flooding treatments, all plants of I. spicata were able to maintain a certain level for a long time.(2) Root vitalities significantly decreased with the flooding time, which was considered to be the adaptation of I. spicata to the flooding stress.(3) Shoot biomasses significantly decreased and the ratios of root/shoot biomass gradually increased with the flooding time.(4) Chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a/b ratio and root vitality decreased, while root/shoot biomass increased under Pearl River water flooding treatment, which indicated that Pearl River water might change physiological indexes of I. spicata but did not affect its survival rates.
