高职航运英语业务人才培养的现状及对策

摘　　要：沿海经济的发展需要大量高职航运英语业务人才,但目前高职航运英语业务人才市场出现了供需错位缺失现象,这表明高职航运英语业务人才培养中存在与需求相脱节等问题。高职航运英语业务专业应该正视港口经济发展所带来的机遇和挑战,通过提高认识、准确定位、教学改革、校企合作和师资队伍建设等应对策略,提高高职航运英语业务人才培养质量以应对港口经济的浪潮。The development of port-born economy needs quantities of compound talents but the current talent market can not offer adequate qualified business English talents ,owing to the problems in the education in vocational colleges. Shipping English majors in vocational colleges should face the opportunity and challenge accompanied by the port-born economic development and improve the quality of the students for the development of port-born economy by related strategies such as rethinking,reform,school-enterprise cooperation ,faculty building and so on.
