摘　　要：在对江西省软件学院的ESP教学现状与软件服务外包行业人才需求间的差距进行广泛调研的基础上,以所在学校的软件工程专业英语方向为教改试点专业,探索融合IT英语与经贸英语口语教学的软件服务外包英语口语教学模式,以期提升学生的职商,促进学生职业能力的发展,满足国际软件服务外包行业对外语、商务和IT行业能力兼备的中高端软件服务外包人才的迫切需求。Based on an extensive investigation of the gap between ESP teaching practice of major software colleges in Jiangxi Province and the talent demand of international software service outsourcing industry,the authors attempt to reform the current ESP teaching in the major of Software Engineering and English,and put forward a teaching model of oral English for software service outsourcing which highlights the integrated teaching of IT oral English and Business oral English,in the hope of improving students＇ career intelligence so as to meet the urgent demand of high and middle level software service outsourcing talents who master both professional and English skills.
