摘　　要：白虎汤是医圣张仲景创制的一张经典名方,广泛用于治疗外感热病。笔者通过两个具体实例,旨在探讨白虎汤证的病机及临床运用,认为我辈研习伤寒,切不可脱离实践,空作表面文字功夫,务必抓住病机所在,辨证论治,准确指导临床,确可救病者于危重。The Baihu decoction, a famous prescription of ZHANG Zhong-jing, was applied to treat exogenous fever. The author list two examples to discuss pathogenesis and clinical application of the Baihu decoction, the author thought that the study of Shanghan should be contacted with reality; in clinic, treating the disease in differentation can ensure to save critical.
