中西医结合治疗血管性痴呆40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药自拟"健脑益智汤"配合西药治疗血管性痴呆的疗效。方法:将80例血管性痴呆患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组用5%In JG-S 250m L加胞二磷胆碱针1.0;5%In JG-S 250 m L加吡拉西坦针8.0,1次/d,静脉滴注。治疗组在对照组基础上加服中药"健脑益智汤"。两组均以15d为1个疗程,1个疗程后休息7d,2个疗程后,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脑益智汤配合西药静滴治疗血管性痴呆有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Jiannao Yizhi decoction plus the western medicine on VD. Methods： 80 patients wererandomly divided into two groups, 40 cases for each. The control group was given 5% IrdG-S 250 mL plus citicoline needle 1.0; 5% InJG-S 250 mL plus piracetam needle 8.0, QD, intravenous injection; the treatment group was given the Jiarmao Yizhi decoction more. 15 days for one course, after a period of treatment 7 days were given. Treatment effects after two courses in two groups were compared. Results： Clinical effective the treatment group was better than that the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Jiannao Yizhi decoction plus the integrative medicine on VD was worthy of clinical efficacy.
