益气活血通脉汤对糖尿病周围神经病变患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血通脉汤对糖尿病周围神经病变患者生活质量的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分成治疗组30例与对照组30例,两组均给予饮食控制、合理运动处方;口服降糖药物或注射胰岛素控制血糖;对照组应用弥可保片治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用益气活血通脉汤治疗。两组均以30d为1个疗程,2个疗程评价疗效。观察两组中医临床证候疗效和治疗前后生活质量SF-36量表评分积分情况及不良反应变化。结果:两组中医临床证候疗效比较,治疗组与对照组总改善率分别为83.3%和60.0%(P<0.05);两组生活质量SF-36量表评价积分,治疗组在总体健康、身体疼痛、活力、情感职能、精神健康、健康变化、生理职能等维度积分高于对照组(P<0.05)。生理功能、社会功能积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者不良反应症状均有不同程度加重,但治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血通脉汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变能改善中医临床症状,减轻不良反应,提高生活质量。Objective：To observe the impact of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction on life quality of patients with diabetie peripheral neldropath-y. Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group with 30 cases and the control group with 30 cases, patients in the two groups were controlled the diets and given exercises advices; orally taken hypoglycemic drugs or insulin to control blood glucose;patients in the control group were given Mecobalamin tablets;patients in the treatment group were given Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction based on the therapy for the control group. 30 days as a course, the assessment was given after two courses. Two groups were observed before and after treatment of TCM clinical syndrome efficacy and quality of life of SF-36 scale score points and adverse reaction of change. Results：The efficacy of the two groups were compared, the total improvement rate of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 83.3% and 60% （P〈0.05）; the SF-36 quality of life scale of the two groups ,the overall health, body pain, vitality, emotional function, mental health, health and physical function changes the integral dimension of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Physiological function, social function integral comparison with no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Two groups of patients with adverse reactions to different degree increased, but the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve clinical symptoms, reduce adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.
