加强动物医学本科教育教学,提高本科人才培养质量

摘　　要：过去10年,我国高等教育规模持续扩大,教学改革不断深化,但我国高等教育的人才培养质量存在许多问题。本文针对西北农林科技大学动物医学本科教育教学及管理中的问题,在组织全院教职工深入开展以提高本科教育质量为主题的学习、讨论活动,积极为学院的发展献计献策的基础上,总结提出了10个需要解决的主要问题、5条交流经验和4个合理化建议,为动物医学本科教育教学水平、人才培养质量的提高和可持续发展奠定基础。The past decade witnessed the continous expansion of higher education scale and teaching reform, as well as the emerging problems in talent cultication. In this paper, 10 urgent problems ready to be solved, 5 experiences to be shared and 5 proposals oncerning undergraduate teaching and manegement in College of Veterinary Medicine in Northwest A＆F University were collected based on the learning, discussion and suggesting activities among all staff members so as to establish theoretical basis to sustainably improve and develop undergraduate teaching reform and talent cultivation.
