摘 要:采用表面增强拉曼光谱技术快速分析脐橙果肉中的噻菌灵农药残留。以液质联用方法未检测出含噻菌灵农药的脐橙为对象,利用乙腈快速提取脐橙果肉汁,分别采集不同浓度噻菌灵标准溶液和以脐橙果肉提取液为基质的噻菌灵溶液的表面增强拉曼信号。结果表明,噻菌灵的拉曼特征频率较为丰富,选取1010 cm-1处的特征峰制定噻菌灵的标准曲线,其特征峰强度与噻菌灵标准溶液的浓度(1~50 mg/L)呈良好的线性关系。对以脐橙果肉提取液为基质的不同浓度噻菌灵溶液的SERS分析表明,利用该方法快速检测脐橙果肉中噻菌灵溶液的最低检测浓度为5 mg/kg,该浓度下的784,1009,1276 cm-1处的特征峰依然明显,与噻菌灵标准溶液的特征峰振动归属一致,可以作为判别脐橙果肉中噻菌灵农药残留的依据。This paper investigates the feasibility of detecting rapidly the thiabendazole residues in navel orange flesh by Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS).Acetonitrile was used to rapidly extract navel orange flesh juices,from which no thiabendazole was detected by LC-MS method.SERS of different concentrations of thiabendazole standard solutions and thiabendazole solutions with orange flesh extraction as the matrix were collected by laser Raman spectrometer.The results showed that thiabendazole had rich Raman characteristic frequencies.The standard curve was plotted with the intensity of the peak 1 010 cm-1 and the SERS signals of thiabendazole standard solutions (1~50 mgL) had a good linear relationship.Thiabendazole solutions with orange flesh extract as the matrix can be detected by SERS method in low concentrations of 5 mgkg and the characteristic peaks of 784,1 009 and 1 276 cm-1were still obvious.The vibrational modes of these characteristic peaks were consistent with thiabendazole standard solutions.They can be regarded as the discriminative basis of thiabendazole pesticide.
