摘　　要：高职院校职业技能大赛对于提高教育教学水平具有重要促进作用。通过大赛,可以"赛教结合、以赛促建、以赛促学、以赛促练、以赛促改、以赛促新"。本文以全国职业院校技能大赛高职组农产品质量安全检测赛项为例,探讨如何将大赛与企业岗位需求、学校教学进行融合,使参赛与教学相互交替、相互调节、相辅相成,为社会培养优秀的技能型人才。Vocational skill competitions in vocational colleges play an important role in improving the quality of education and teaching.To promote progression, learning, training, reform, and innovation through competition, we combine the competitions with the teaching of the vocational skills.Following the quality and safety testing competition of agricultural products of the higher vocational group in the National Vocational Skills Competition , this article explores how to mutually adjust and complement the multiple links between competitions and corporate demands, school teaching reform to train the outstanding skilled personnel for the society.
