摘 要:通过对水压综合测试试验台工作流程和控制要求的分析,采用比例阀控制系统水压的方案,开发了以PLC和工控机为控制核心的水压综合测试试验台控制系统。可对多种用水类产品进行脉冲、恒速率升压、保压等试验,在试验的过程中能够实时显示压力波形,并且在试验结束后自动生成图文并茂的试验报告,实现了相关试验的自动控制。控制系统界面友好,便于操作,运行可靠,大大提高了试验台的控制精度和效率。Through analyzing the process and control requirements for the control system of hydraulic integrated test bed, we develop a control system of test bed based on PLC and IPC, with the proportional valve controlling the system pressure. A variety of water using products can be tested by water pulsing, constant speed boosting, pressure maintaining and other tests, in the course of the test pressure waveform can be displayed in real time, and a test report with picture is made at the end of the test. Therefore, the whole test process is automatically. The control system is user-friendly, easy to operate and reliable, and greatly improve the control accuracy and efficiency of the test bed.
