摘 要:泵轮进口半径设计一直依赖于经验,缺乏理论依据.为从理论上确定泵轮进口半径,突破传统的经验设计方法,基于减少涡流引起的能量损失,提出了一种理论计算方法——轴面驱动力平衡法.根据泵轮内部不产生旋转涡流的特点,建立了驱动力合力方程,推导了进口边极角计算公式,编制了Fortran程序,并进行了逼近误差分析.结果表明,进口边极角的计算值和已有文献中的经验数据比较吻合,说明该方法是可行的.该方法的提出将泵轮进口半径的设计由经验方法上升到理论方法,为进一步理论研究提供一定的基础.The determination of pump impeller's entrance radius always depends on empirical design, which lacks theoretical basis. In order to determine pump impeller's entrance radius by theory,and to break through the traditional empirical design method, based on the energy loss caused by reducing vortex, a theoretical method, the meridional drive force equilibrium method was proposed. Accord- ing to the characteristics of no rotating vortex inside pump impeller, a drive force equation was established. The computational formulas about the import side polar angle were deduced. A Fortran program code was developed to calculate, and the approximation errors were analyzed. The calculation results show that the calculated value of the import side polar angle coincides with the empirical data from the existing literatures, which indicates that the proposed method is feasible. Most importantly, the method proposed in this paper makes the design method of the pump impeller's entrance radius rise from the empirical method to the theoretical method, and provides a basis of further theoretical study.
