摘　　要：目的了解泰州市海陵区食品摊贩经营现状,为食品摊贩监管提供科学依据。方法采用自制调查表调查食品摊贩经营现状,用SPSS 19.0对数据进行统计分析。结果共调查食品摊贩239家,检查项目总数2 390项,其中合格项目数为1 152项,合格率为48.2%,餐饮服务类合格率与食品流通类合格率之间的差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.969,P>0.05)。结论泰州市海陵区食品摊贩自身管理水平较差,经营现状令人担忧,政府有关部门应各履其职,进一步加大食品摊贩监督管理工作力度。Objective To learn the current operating status in food vendors in Hailing District, Taizhou, and to provide scientific basis for supervision of food vendors. Methods Using self-made questionnaire to survey the current operating status in food vendors, Data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0. Results A total of 239 food vendors are investigated and among 2390 checked projects, 1152 are eligible. The qualified rate is 48.2%, the qualified rates are different between Catering services and Food circulation（χ^2=2.969, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Food vendors have poor management level on food safetyin Hailing District, Taizhou. management situation is worrying, the relevant government departments should perform its duty, to further increase the food vendors supervision work.
