血清CerbB-2动态检测对乳腺癌早期诊断及预后评估的价值

摘　　要：目的分析血清Cerb B-2动态检测在乳腺癌的早期诊断、预后评估中的价值。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测正常人群组、良性病变组以及乳腺癌患者组血清Cerb B-2的表达情况,并对乳腺癌患者术后进行动态监测,统计分析评价血清Cerb B-2在乳腺癌诊断以及评估预后中的意义。结果乳腺癌患者组血清中Cerb B-2水平明显高于正常对照组及乳腺良性疾病组(P<0.01);乳腺良性疾病组与正常对照组Cerb B-2水平比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);乳腺癌血清Cerb B-2的水平与淋巴结转移、病理组织中Cerb B-2的表达情况明显相关(P<0.05);ER和/或PR阴性患者血清Cerb B-2的水平明显高于阳性患者(P<0.05);而不同乳腺癌肿瘤直径大小及乳腺癌患者年龄之间的血Cerb B-2含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后血清Cerb B-2阳性组较阴性组复发转移率高,生存时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论血清Cerb B-2动态检测可作为乳腺癌患者病情动态变化的有效参考指标,在乳腺癌早期诊断及预后评估中有较好的临床意义。【Objective】To analyze the clinical value of Cerb B-2 dynamic detection in early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer.【Methods】The Cerb B-2 levels in the serum were measured by sandwich ELLISA in healthy individuals and benign breast patients and breast cancer patients, and the Cerb B-2 levels were dynamically monitored in postoperative breast cancer patients; then the role of serum Cerb B-2 in diagnosis and prognosis in breast cancer were analyzed and evaluated.【Results】The serum Cerb B-2 level in breast cancer group was significantly higher than healthy individuals and benign breast disease groups（P〈0.05）; and there were no difference between the healthy individuals group and benign breast disease group（P〉0.05）. The serum Cerb B-2 level in breast cancer patients were significantly correlated with lymphatic metastasis, and the ER/PR and Cerb B-2 expression levels in pathological tissues（P〈0.05）; and there were no significant correlation with age and tumor size（P〉0.05）. The metastasis and recurrence in positive expression of serum Cerb B-2 level group of breast cancer patients after operation were significantly higher than negative group, and the survival time was significantly lower than negative group（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】The role of serum Cerb B-2 dynamic detection could be an effective tumor maker for monitoring evaluation and progression of breast cancer patients, and have a preferable clinical value in early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.
