生命教育视域下构建危机干预体系的思考

摘　　要：大学生心理危机事件时有发生,对于心理危机现象应该上升到生命认知和生命意识的高度进行分析和干预,以引导大学生以积极的心态面对生活中的痛苦与不如意,挖掘生命潜能,不断创造与提升生命价值。因此需要转变观念,树立基于生命教育的危机干预新理念,在预防体系构建阶段要开展生命意识教育,引导大学生的人生信仰;在预警体系构建阶段要分类汇总,区别对待;在应急处置阶段,要与危机主体进行有效的交流,建立生命链接;在后期跟踪阶段要考量危机主体的生命意义是否得以重建。Psychological crisis often occur to university students, so it necessary to analyze and prevent the crisis from the perspective of life consciousness and cognition and hence guide university students to develop the senses of life and value and cope with difficulties in life optimistically. Therefore, a new concept of crisis prevention from the perspective of life education must be fostered and a crisis prevention system must be constructed so that students＇ life beliefs can be treated properly in the preventive stage, emergencies of psychological and life crisis can be handled effectively, and life value can be sustained after a possible crisis.
