摘　　要：目的分析卵巢粘液性肿瘤的临床表现与病理特征。方法回顾分析19例卵巢粘液性肿瘤患者的临床与病理资料,总结其临床病理特点。结果本组良性卵巢黏液性肿瘤14例(73.68%),交界性肿瘤4例(21.05%),恶性肿瘤1例(5.26%)。结论卵巢粘液性肿瘤具有癌变风险,早期应用显微镜下观察与广泛取材病理检查对于早期诊断与治疗均具有重要意义。Objective Clinical manifestations and pathological features analysis ofovarian mucinous tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis of 19 cases of ovarian mucinous tumors of the clinical data and pathological data, summarize its clinical pathological features. Results In this group, benign ovarian mucinous tumor in 14 case （73.68%）,4borderline tumors （21.05%）, 1 cases of malignant tumor （5.26%）. Conclusion Ovarian mucinous tumors with a risk of cancer,early application of microscope observation and extensive pathology examination is of important signiifcance for early diagnosis and treatment.
