湖北省数控技术专业人才需求与教育现状分析

摘　　要：依据湖北省职业教育中高职衔接数控技术专业教学标准项目研究,对湖北省数控人才的需求与教育现状进行了专业调研,分析认为:社会对数控专业的毕业生的需求仍然旺盛,只是岗位更加分散;企业不需要学生什么都学,但需要养成现代生产企业员工的综合素养。学校需要与企业合作培养学生的扎实的专业基本功和良好的综合素质,同时,还要重视培养学生主动与企业合作,共同培养合格的高素质技术技能人才。After a frenzy, the new professional-CNC have gradually cool down in some vocational colleges of our country. What is the status of CNC personnel？ What about the demand of employers compared with the past？ In this paper, an investigation into the demand and training program of CNC personnel in Hubei is conducted and it is found that there is a great demand for CNC graduates, but it is not so concentrated as it used to be. Employers do not require students to learn broadly on all subjects, but rather to develop the basic qualities of a modem enterprise staff. Thus, vocational colleges need to work with enterprises to help students cultivate basic skills and good comprehensive qualities so as to supply them with qualified high-skilled personnel.
