企业专项奖学金对药学生就业的作用探析——以徐州医学院六届药学专业本科生为例

摘　　要：企业专项奖学金是由企业提供的一种鼓励优秀学子、激励学生学习的奖学金,是对国家、学校设立的优秀学生奖学金的有效补充。企业专项奖学金可促进学生投入专业学习,提高专业成绩,资助优秀学子完成学业,带动就业水平,培养大批优秀学子进入实习与就业岗位,升华就业观点,提高就业机会。学生可借助企业专项奖学金成长成才,顺利就业。Enterprise-sponsored special scholarship is offered to motivate the distinguished students. It is a necessary supplement to national assistantship and grant. The research shows that the scholarship can motivate students to devote to their major study, work harder and help them complete their schooling and eventually promote their employment. It facilitates students＇ internship placement, the development of sound employment conception, and thus raises opportunities of employment.
