摘　　要：从对能力的内涵研究开始,分析了中外学者对职业能力内涵的探索发展和不同解读,旨在促进对职业能力内涵的理性认识和现实应用。From study on connotation of competence,it analyses different interpretations on connotation study of occupational competence in the world,and mainly discusses the development of exploring the connotation of occupational competence in purpose of improving the rational knowledge and application of occupational competence in China.
