摘　　要：锦州是辽宁省的畜牧大市,2013年畜牧业产值达213.34亿元,占全市生产总值(GDP)的15.86%;全市共有畜禽养殖场超过30万户,饲养总量达1.89亿头(只),以猪和鸡为主;但发展重点主要在养殖环节,深加工产业发展不均衡,全市共有屠宰加工企业134家,以鲜/冻肉、鲜蛋等初级畜产品为主,畜产品加工行业大有可为。Jinzhou is a famous livestock city in Liaoning province. In 2013,the total output value of Jinzhou’s livestock industry reached 21. 334 billion yuan,which accounts for 15. 86% of gross domestic product（ GDP） of the city. There are more than 300,000 livestock farms in the city,with over 189 million animals,most of which are pigs and poultry. As focus on animal feeding more than meat processing,livestock industry of the city is unbalanced. There are 134 slaughter and processing enterprises in Jinzhou,mainly produced primary animal products,such as fresh /frozen meat,fresh eggs. Obviously,the animal products processing industry has a good prospect.
