摘  要:用药依从性是药物治疗成败的关键因素之一。本文介绍了药动学、药效学和疾病进程等数学模型的建模和模拟技术在用药依从性研究及临床实践中的应用,主要包括药物治疗方案的制定、用药依从性和疗效的关系、用药依从性的判断,以及用药依从性不佳(如漏服或晚服药物)时的补救给药方案等,为临床实践和个体化给药提供依据。Medication compliance is one of the key influential factors in treatment efficacy. In this paper,the concept of modeling and simulation techniques,including pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamie modeling and disease progression modeling,as well as their application in research on medication compliance and clinical practice, such as dosage regimen individualization, relationship between medication compliance and efficacy,medication compliance assessment,and dose replacement recommenda tions after improper adherence(e, g. missed or delayed doses). Modeling and simulation techniques can provide reference for individualized clinical therapy.
