新鲜牙冠纵折磨牙保留初探

摘　　要：目的：探讨新鲜磨牙纵折保留患牙治疗近远期疗效。方法对3例磨牙牙冠新鲜纵折的患牙给予根管治疗后再行冠套修复。结果经过6～7年的临床随访观察患牙，无疼痛不适，无松动，牙龈无红肿、溢脓等。X线片示根尖区及根分叉区无异常。结论磨牙牙冠新鲜纵折的患牙，在无明显的感染之前是可以通过一系列治疗保住患牙。Objective To investigate the long-term efficacy of fresh nearly vertically fractured molars teeth treatment.Methods Longitudinal fold molar teeth crowns fresh three cases of root canal therapy given after the line crown cover repair.Results After 6-7 years of clinical follow-up observation teeth, no pain and discomfort, no loosening, no gum swelling, pus overlfow and so on. X-ray showed apical and furcation no exception. Conclusion Fresh vertical fold molar teeth crowns, in the absence of obvious infection before treatment can keep the teeth through a series of.
