中老年脑梗死病人55例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：对中老年脑梗死患者的临床症状及诊治进行分析。方法选择2012年1月～2013年4月在我院接受治疗的55例中老年脑梗死患者的临床诊治资料进行回顾性分析。结果接受积极治疗后，55例患者的治疗总有效率为87.27%。结论及时对中老年脑梗死患者进行降纤、抗凝、改善脑血流等治疗可有效提高治疗效果，促进患者康复。Objective For middle-aged patients with cerebral infarction clinical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment were analyzed.Methods Select the January 2012 clinical data in April 2013 in our hospital receiving treatment in elderly patients with cerebral infarction 55 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Result After receiving active treatment,55 cases of patients with total effective rate was 87.27%.Conclusion Timely elderly patients with cerebral infarction were deifbrase, anticoagulation, improve cerebral blood lfow and other treatment can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
