摘　　要：公共艺术是城市人文景观的重要内容,发达国家和地区的公共艺术在推动人居环境的人文景观构建方面有许多优秀案例和成功经验。公共艺术规划是构建城市人文景观体系的重要措施,在城市公共空间和园林绿地建设中将公共艺术纳入专项规划存在必要性。本文分析了我国当前城市公共艺术规划的实践,探讨了公共艺术规划的工作框架,规划的性质、实施主体与参与方式;指出构建城市公共艺术人文景观体系对塑造城市人文内核和地域特色的重要性。Public art is an important part of urban cultural landscape.There have been many excellent cases and successful experiences in construction of cultural landscape for human settlement environment in many countries and zones by promoting public art.Public art planning is an indispensable measure in promoting construction of urban cultural landscape system.It is necessary to introduce public art planning into construction of urban public space and urban green space.In this paper, the practices of public art planning in Chinese cities in recent years are ana-lyzed, and main contents and theoretical framework are discussed.The planning methods, implementation strategy and ways and methods of public participation are discussed also.It is necessary and urgent to construct public art system in order to mold the core of culture and regional characteristics of cities.
