摘　　要：目的探讨 Wnt2 b和β-catenin在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色检测48例胃癌组织和48例癌旁正常组织中 Wnt2b和β-catenin的表达,并分析其临床意义。结果 Wnt2b 和β-cate-nin在胃癌组织中的表达率分别为81.3%、66.7%；显著高于癌旁正常组织（12.5%和0%）,差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=45.553,P＜ 0.05）；Wnt2b的表达与TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移相关（P ＜ 0.05）；β-catenin的表达与TNM分期、分化程度、组织学类型、淋巴结转移和癌侵犯神经相关（P ＜ 0.05）；且 Wnt2 b 与β-catenin蛋白的表达呈显著正相关性（r=0.340,P＜ 0.05）。结论 Wnt2b和β-catenin在胃癌的进展、分化、浸润和转移中起重要作用,是判断胃癌生物学行为的良好指标。Objective]To explore the expression and clinical significance of Wnt2b andβ-catenin in gastric carcino-ma.[Methods]The expressions of Wnt2b andβ-catenin in 48 gastric cancer tissues and 48 normal paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry method.Clinical significance was analyzed.[Results]The expressions of Wnt2b andβ-catenin in gastric carcinoma tissues were 6 6 .7% and 3 5 .4% respectively,which were markedly higher than those in normal paracancerous tissues,and there were significant differences（χ2=45.553,P〈 0.05）.The expression of Wnt2b was correlated with TNM stage,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis（P〈 0.05）.The positive expression ofβ-catenin in cancer tissues was obviously higher than that in normal paracancerous tissues（χ2=48.000,P〈 0.05）,and correlated with TNM stage,differential degree,lymph node metastasis and nerve invasion（P〈 0.05）.The protein ex-pression of Wnt2b was positively correlated with the protein expression ofβ-catenin（r=0.340,P〈 0.05）.[Conclusion]Wnt2b andβ-catenin play important roles in the progression,differentiation,infiltration and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma,and may be the good indicators for j udging the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.
