Effect of Adjustable Submerged Plant Bed Nets on Water Quality Purification in River Channel—A Case of Gonghu Jinshu Port in Suzhou

摘  要:基于可调式沉水植物网床技术,对江苏省苏州市贡湖金墅港断头浜河水进行了净化水质的生态工程修复实验,监测了修复前、后的水质指标(NO3^-—N、NO2^-—N、PO4^3-—P、DO、NH4^+—N、TN、TP和CODMn的含量及透明度),采用综合水质标识指数法对沉水植物网床生态修复效果进行了评价。结果表明,沉水植物网床修复后,沉水植物损失率为20%,4-5 d网床中的水盾草(Cabomba sp.)开始生根分蘖,且20-25 d后长满整个网床,3个月后河道中的沉水植物覆盖率达95%,其中优势种水盾草所占比例达70%,水体透明度由0.45 m提高到0.97 m,河水清澈见底。到2012年6月,水中NO3^-—N、NO2-—N、PO4^3-—P、NH4^+—N、TN、TP和CODMn的含量分别下降82.8%、74.1%、90.1%、92.6%、71.8%、95.6%和48.6%,DO含量提高了65.3%;综合水质标识指数由5.1下降到2.7,降低了47%,与对照区相比差异显著(p〈0.05)。Based on adjustable submerged plant bed nets technology,we conducted a water quality purification project of ecological restoration experiment on Gong Hu Jinshu port in Suzhou,Jiangsu province.Before and after restoration experiment,we carefully monitored the common water quality indicators,including NO3^-—N、NO2^-—N、PO4^3-—P、DO、NH4^+—N、TN、TP、CODMnand transparency and evaluated the ecological restoration effect of submerged plant bed nets through comprehensive water quality identification index method as well.The results showed that the loss rate of submerged plant was only 20% after the implementation of the project.And after 4-5 d,submerged plants began to produce new roots in restoration area,which would be fully covered after another 15-20 d.Three months later,the coverage ratio of the submerged plant was up to 95%,and the rate of the dominant species of Cabomba sp.was as high as 70%.In addition,transparency had an obvious increase from 0.45 m to 0.97 m,which made the bottom of the water see.The concentration of NO3^-—N、NO2^-^—N、PO4^3-—P、NH4^+—N、TN、TP、CODMndecreased by 82.8%、74.1%、90.1%、92.6%、71.8%、95.6%、48.6% respectively in June 2012,while the concentration of DO increased by 65.3%.Besides,the comprehensive water quality identification index decreased from 5.1 to 2.7(a fall of 47%),showing stark contrast to the control areas.
