摘　　要：切实提高大学生网络思想政治素养教育的有效性,需将立德树人作为根本任务,加强人文关怀。马克思主义人学理论的基本要求、网络思想政治素养教育的内在需求以及大学生管理的新形势,均使得人文关怀成为加强网络思想政治素养教育有效性的必然需求。在网络思想政治素养教育中贯彻人文关怀,必须着眼于现实的个人及其活动,做到教育者"目中有人"、教育内容贴近人、教育方法引导人。不仅要看到网络思想政治素养教育在社会大系统中的功能,更要看到其促进人自身建设的更本质的价值。To improve the effectiveness of college network ideological and political education,the morality ed-ucation should be the basic task,and the humanistic care should to be strengthened.The basic requirement of Marx′s theory of human,the internal demand of network ideological and political education,and the new situ-ation of college students′management make humanistic care an inevitable requirement to strengthen the effec-tiveness of network ideological and political education.Implementation of humanistic care in network ideolog-ical and political education must focus on the real individuals and activities.Do education“in the item to have the human”,and education content,education method leads to close.We not only need to see the function of network ideological and political education in the social system,but also to see their promoting more intrinsic value of building human themselves.
