推进金城江区工业化进程的若干思考

摘　　要：河池市金城江区位于广西西北部,河池市的中部,是河池市11个县之一,系桂西北的边陲要地,金城江区人民政府3年来提出工业兴区、工业强区的发展战略,2014年金城江区实施产业增量提质工程中,目标实现全区规模以上工业总产值110亿元,增长达25%,工业是金城江区的支柱产业,本文通过对金城江区工业化进程中的现状及潜在有利条件的分析,提出了金城江区未来工业化发展的基本对策是扩大工业经济总量;调整经济结构,发展现代新型工业,打造资源综合利用示范基地,提升综合回收能力;同时引进高新技术,发展精深加工,延长有色金属产品产业链。Jinchengjiang District,located in northwest Guangxi and the center of Hechi,is one of the 11 counties of Hechi City. It is an important border city in northwest of Guangxi. The government of Jinchengjiang District has proposed the industry-driven and industry-supported development strategy in the recent three years. During implementation of industrial upgrading in Jinchengjiang District in 2014,the goal is to achieve a 25% growth in the gross value of industrial output,up to 11 billion Yuan,since the industry is the pillar to the local economy. The paper analyzes the present situation and potential advantages of Jinchengjiang District in the process of industrialization,and puts forward countermeasures for the future industrialization development of Jinchengjiang District. These basic policies are expanding the proportion of industrial economy;adjusting economic structure and promoting modern new industries by means of building demonstration bases for comprehensive utilization of resources and enhancing comprehensive recovery ability;introducing high technologies;developing deep processing industries,and extending industrial chain of nonferrous metal products.
