摘　　要：阐述了实施职工教育培训的必要性,探讨了如何建立健全职工教育培训机制以及职工教育培训工作所要达到的效果,针对职工教育培训工作存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。This paper expounds the necessity of implementing librarians＇ education and training work, probes into how to establish and perfect librarians＇ education and training mechanism and the effects that should be achieved in librarians＇ education and training work, and in the light of the problems existing in librarians＇ education and training work, puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
