摘　　要：生物多样性保护是继气候变化之后又一全球环境热点,并已上升为国家战略。摸清生物多样性区域分布状况是生物多样性保护的一项基础工作。以县级行政区域为单元,全面、系统地调查了山东省生态系统类型、野生高等动物、野生维管束植物、植被垂直层谱、特有物种、受威胁物种、外来入侵物种的种类及其县域分布状况,并发现了王锦蛇(Elaphe carinata)、乌梢蛇(Zaocys dhumnades)、北滑蜥(Scincella septentrionalis)等山东省新记录种,建立了山东省各县域的物种名录和生物多样性数据库,讨论了生物多样性县域分布格局。Biodiversity conservation is another global environmental hot spot after climate change, and has become a national strategy. To clarify the regional distribution of biodiversity is a basic work of biodiversity conservation. Using the county-level administrative area as an evaluation unit, this study investigated the ecosystem type of Shandong Province, the species and their distribution of wild vertebrate species, wild vascular plants, vertical stratification of vegetation, Chinese special species, endangered species, and invasive species, systematically and completely. Three new recorded species in Shandong Province were discovered, i.e. Elaphe carinata, Zaocys dhumnades, and Scincella septentrionalis. At the same time, the specie list and biodiversity database were established in every county area around Shandong Province, and the distribution pattern of biodiversity was discussed.
