摘  要:盲配连接器具有体积小、重量轻、性能可靠等优点,盲配设计可以实现快速互连,是T/R组件模块化、轻小型化、高集成设计的关键技术之一。文中分析了T/R组件的组成,介绍了设计中常用盲配连接器的种类以及机理,阐述了进行盲配设计时需要注意的关键问题,并将盲配连接器应用到某T/R组件中实现盲配互连,对设计出的T/R组件通过小批量实物样件进行了验证。结果表明,该设计能够满足T/R组件的性能要求。Blind mating connecters have many advantages such as low volume, low weight and high reliability. Blind mating design can present an available method for fast interconnection, which is one of the most impor- tant techniques for modularization, miniaturization and high integration design of T/R modules. In this paper the composition of the T/R module is analyzed, the category and mechanism of blind mating connecters in common use are introduced in blind mating design and some key problems are described especially. The blind mating connecters are applied to a T/R module and an experiment is performed with several T/R module sam- ples. The result shows that the design meets the performance requirement of the T/R module.
