摘 要:通过对蔗渣预处理底物主要组分和制浆特性以及预处理过程中糖组分变化的研究,分析比较了热水预处理、稀酸预处理和稀碱预处理三种预处理方式对蔗渣半纤维素降解的影响。结果表明,酸预处理对半纤维素脱出选择性最好,聚戊糖溶出率可达85.97%,在保温20min时蒸煮液中主要糖组分木糖的浓度达到最大,为64.05g/L;热水预处理与酸预处理作用类似,但其纤维素降解少、得率高,聚戊糖溶出率为63.82%,反应结束时木糖浓度最高为38.67g/L;碱预处理选择性最差,木素溶出多,蒸煮液糖浓度很低,不利于后续预处理液的分离利用。当然,三种预处理都能够提高底物的制浆性能,相对原料直接蒸煮,底物蒸煮所得纸浆的卡伯值降低了1/3,纸浆得率和黏度则有所提高。By studying the major components of bagasse pretreatment substrate and pulping properties, as well as the change of sugars in pretreatment process, the effects of hot water pretreatment, dilute acid pretreatmeut and di- lute alkali pretreatment on hemicellulose degradation were analyzed and compared. It was found that dilute acid pretreatment had the best selectivity of hemicellulose removal, and the extraction rate of pentosan was up to 85.97%. When the holding time is 20 min, xylose which is the main sugar component in cooking liquor reached the maximum concentration of 64.05g/L. The hot water pretreatment worked in a similar way with acid pretreat- ment, but it had less cellulose degradation and higher yield. The extraction rate of pentosan was 63.82% , and the highest concentration of xylose was 38.67g/L at the end of reaction. The selectivity of alkali pretreatment was the worst of the three. It had the highest lignin dissolution and the lowest sugar concentration in cooking liquor, thus it was bad for the separation and utilization of the pretreatment liquid. Certainly, the three pretreatments can all im- prove the pulping properties of the substrate. Compared to direct cooking of raw materials, the Kappa value of pulp from cooking substrate decreased 1/3. At the same time, the yield and viscosity of pulp increased.
