摘 要:采用不同比例的苯丙微皂乳液和淀粉复配,在面积为35cm×20cm的纸张上进行施胶,讨论了其对纸张抗水性能、抗张强度和撕裂度等的影响。借助Cobb值测定仪和JC2000A静态接触角测定仪等仪器,进一步研究了苯丙乳液(固含量为46.52%)与淀粉的复配液在纸张表面的使用效果。结果表明,苯丙微皂乳液与淀粉复配比为4∶1时比苯丙乳液单独使用令纸张具有更好的抗水性和物理强度,且当乳液与淀粉的复配质量比例大于1∶8时,施胶后纸张的Cobb值都低于30g/m2。A mixture of different proportion of styrene acrylic emulsion and starch distribution was sized on the papers which covers an area of 35 centimeter multiply by 20 centimeter. And the influence of the mixture on the paper wa- ter resistance and physical performance was studied. With Cobb tester and JC2000A static contact angle meter in- struments, further study about the papers' surface which covers the mixture of styrene acrylic emulsion ( solid con- tent of 46.52% ) and starch in the distribution of fluid was carried out. The results show that the micro soap styrene acrylic emulsion with starch has better water resistance and physical strength than those only with starch. What's more, when the compound of emulsion with starch exceed 1: 8, the sized papers' Cobb values are less than 30 g/ m^2 .
