消化系统肿瘤术后化疗患者社会支持、应对方式与疾病不确定感的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨消化系统肿瘤术后化疗患者社会支持、应对方式与疾病不确定感的相关性。方法采取横断面调查的方法,对符合纳入标准的448例消化系统肿瘤术后化疗患者应用一般资料问卷、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、癌症应对问卷(CCMQ)和Mishel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS-A)进行问卷调查。结果消化系统肿瘤术后化疗患者疾病不确定感得分(89.86±11.84)分,处于中等水平;社会支持与疾病不确定感呈负相关(r=-0.209,P<0.01);面对的应对方式与疾病不确定感呈负相关(r=-0.141,P<0.01),回避与压抑、屈服、发泄、幻想的应对方式与疾病不确定感呈正相关(r=0.196,r=0.329,r=0.303,r=0.307,P<0.01)。结论医护人员应重视消化系统肿瘤术后化疗患者应对方式、社会支持及疾病不确定感的评估和管理,通过优化患者应对方式,寻求有效的社会支持系统,降低疾病不确定感。Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation of social support,coping styles and uncer- tainty in a sample of the postoperative gastrointestinal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 448 the postop- erative gastrointestinal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were surveyed face--to--face, The demographic form, So- cial Support Rating Scale ,Cancer Coping Modes Questionnaire, the Mishel uncertainty in illness scale were used. Results The average score of uncertainty of the postoperative gastrointestina[ cancer patients during chemotherapy was 89. 86 4±11.84, the level of uncertainty was middle; Social Support and uncertainty in illness was negatively correlated（r=--0. 209, P〈0. 01）;face coping styles and uncertainty in illness was negatively correlated（r= --0. 141, P〈0. 01）; Avoidance and suppression, yield, vent, fantasy has a positively correlation With uncertainty in illness （r= 0. 196, r= 0. 329, r= 0. 303, r= 0. 307,P^0. 01）. Conclusion health care professionals should evaluate and management coping styles , Social Support and uncertainty of the postoperative gastrointestinal Cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, optimization their coping styles, seeking the effective social support system , decreasing uncertainty in illness.
