佩皮劳人际关系模式在妇科首次化疗患者宣教中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨佩皮劳人际关系模式在首次化疗患者宣教中的应用效果。方法将2013年6月~2014年4月在我科行首次化疗的患者88例作为研究对象，采用随机分组法分为对照组和干预组，各44例。对照组予以常规宣教。干预组采用佩皮劳人际关系模式进行宣教。入院第1d及化疗后第5d采用SF一36量表基础问卷及抑郁自评量表（SDS），分别对患者护理前后的生活质量及抑郁程度进行评价。结果干预组生活质量明显优于对照组，有显著性差异（P〈0．01）；干预组SDS评分明显低于对照组，有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论采用佩皮劳人际关系模式对患者进行宣教后，缓解了初次化疗患者的抑郁情绪，提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To explore Peplau＇s interpersonal relationship mode in the first time of chemotherapy with the ap- plication of the publicity effect. Methods It selected 88 patients who first have oncology chemotherapy as the research ob- ject in our hospital, using the randomized method, the 88 cases were randomly divided into control group and intervention group from June 2013 to April 2014, with the method of random grouping, divided into control group and intervention group 44 cases each. The control group patients were given regular education, intervention group patients were given Peplau ＂s in- terpersonal relationship mode. The first day in hospital and after 5d chemotherapy using the SF -- 36 scale questionnaire and self rating scale （SDS） before and after the nursing to evaluate thepatients life quality and the degree of depression respec- tively. Results By adopting Peplau ＂s relationship model, the life quality of patients with intervention group was obviously better than the control group, with significant statistically difference （P〈0. 01） ;The intervention group patients by using Peplau＇s relationship model, depression severity score less than the control group, with very significant difference （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Using Peplau ＂s interpersonal mode for patients with evangelism can alleviate the first chemotherapy in pa- tients with depression, improve the life quality of patients, nurses should learn to apply it.
