1例对美沙拉秦过敏的溃疡性结肠炎患者的用药分析

摘　　要：目的探讨美沙拉秦缓释颗粒过敏患者的治疗方案及脱敏治疗,为优化溃疡性结肠炎的治疗提供参考。方法分析讨论1例美沙拉秦过敏的溃疡性结肠炎患者的药物治疗情况,采取激素逐渐减量,美沙拉秦逐渐加量至维持剂量的脱敏治疗方法,密切观察患者病情变化,积极随访。结果患者临床症状明显改善,通过1年随访,患者未出现变态反应,病情未复发。结论对于5-氨基水杨酸过敏的溃疡性结肠炎患者,可以通过脱敏治疗,最终口服5-氨基水杨酸制剂长期维持治疗。Objective To explore the treatment and desensitization treatment of ulcerative colitis patients allergic to the sustained-release particles mesalazine in order to provide a reference for optimizing the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods the drug treatment of 1 case of ulcerative colitis patient allergic to the mesalazine was analyzed and discussed,the desensitization treatment that hormone dose gradually reduced and mesalazine dose gradually increased to maintenance dose were applied.Patient′s condition was closely observed and actively followed up. Results The patient′s clinical symptoms were improved significantly,and did not appear allergic reaction or recurrence through one-year follow-up. Conclusion The ulcerativecolitis patients allergic to 5-aminosalicylic acid can accept long-term oral maintenance treatment of 5-aminosalicylic acid after desensitization therapy.
