摘　　要：目的分析泪道内镜在难治性泪道疾病诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法选取本院2008年8月-2012年3月收治的63例（63眼）难治性泪道疾病患者为研究对象,均应用Schwind Endognost生产的三通道泪道内镜进行检查和治疗,分析泪道内镜在难治性泪道疾病诊断和治疗中的效果。结果所有患者泪道疾病均可被有效观察,术中再通率高达100%;对所有患者随访半年,总有效率为96.8%。结论经泪道内镜可清楚观察患者泪道内部情况,在其直视下进行手术,可提高泪道成形术成功率,减少假道的发生,对泪道疾病的诊断、治疗和发病机制研究具有巨大帮助。Objective To analyze the application value of lacrimal endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of lacrimal refractory disease. Methods 63 cases（63 eyes） of patients with lacrimal refractory disease treated our hospital from August 2008 to March 2012 were selected,were examined and treated by using the Schwind Endognost three-channel lacrimal endoscope.The effect of lacrimal endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of lacrimal refractory disease was analyzed. Results All patients with lacrimal diseases could be effectively observed,intraoperative recanalization rate was up to 100%;all patients were followed up for six months,the total effective rate was 96.8%. Conclusion Lacrimal endoscopy can clearly observe lacrimal internal situation,under its direct vision surgery can improve the success rate of lacrimal angioplasty,reduce the incidence of false passage,has enormous help for the diagnosis,treatment and pathogenesis on lacrimal disease.
