摘　　要：目的:探讨白细胞介素11受体(IL-11R)在肿瘤细胞中表达的差异性及其在肿瘤靶向性治疗中的可能意义,为肿瘤治疗提供新的靶点。方法:采用蛋白质免疫印迹的方法检测IL-11R在肝癌、前列腺癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、宫颈癌以及正常乳腺上皮细胞中的表达,并对其进行量化分析。结果:IL-11R在正常乳腺上皮细胞中表达极少,然而在肝癌细胞、前列腺癌细胞、乳腺癌细胞、卵巢癌细胞和宫颈癌细胞中的表达显著增多。结论:在肿瘤细胞中高表达的IL-11R,有望为肿瘤的治疗提供一个新的靶点。Objective： To explore the difference of interleukin- 11 receptor（ IL- 11R） expressions in tumor cells and its probable significance in targeted therapy of tumors,provide a new target for treatment of tumor. Methods： Western blotting was used to detect the expressions of IL- 11 R in liver cancer,prostate cancer,breast cancer,ovarian cancer,cervical cancer and normal mammary epithelial cells,and a quantitative analysis was performed. Results： The expression of IL- 11 R was weak in normal mammary epithelial cells,but its expressions in liver cancer,prostate cancer,breast cancer,ovarian cancer and cervical cancer increased significantly. Conclusion： IL- 11 R expressing in tumors highly might provide a new target for treatment of tumors.
