摘　　要：随着我国高等教育大众化,大学生就业难现象日益突出,但是各专业学生之间就业不平衡,文学、理学学生就业难矛盾更加突出。本文通过分析我校理学院理学学生近几年就业情况,提出提高理学学生就业质量的几条途径。With the popularity of higher education in China, the phenomenon of employment difficulty of college students becomes increasingly prominent, but the employment is imbalanced among the various specialties, and the employment conflicts of literature and science students have become more prominent. By analyzing the employment of the science students in College of Science of Xi＆#39;an Technological University in recent years, this paper presents several ways to enhance employment quality of science students.
