摘　　要：本文在分析工程硕士教育特色基础上,构建"多维双元质量体系",从多个方面着手,抓住"优选+辅导"、"规章+师资"、"学习+工作"和"理论+实践"等关键因素,规范过程管理,确保培养质量。In this paper, based on the analysis of the characteristics of master of engineering education, a ＂multidimensional dual quality system＂ is established. This system grasps the key factors of ＂optimization ＋ guidance＂, ＂regulations ＋ teachers＂, ＂learning ＋working＂and＂theory＋practice＂from various aspects to standardize process management and ensure the training quality.
